Progressive and on the Gulf of Mexico eighty miles east of New Orleans, Gulfport seeks a City Engineer to finish rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina.  Oversees staff of four and CIP of $164 million, $40 million in FY 2007-2008. 

Requires five years engineering experience (two years supervisory), college degree with major course work in civil engineering, and PE license from Mississippi or a state with licensing reciprocity. 

Hiring range:  $70,000 - $100,000 DOQ.
